Clean room, good location, good price, possibility to do late check in.

When we arrived at night there was strong smell of cigarets on the corridor - like somebody smoke on our floor all the evening, but next day the smell was gone so it was not from the hotel itself but only stupid guest.

Basic but good place, room painted in nice bright color, bathroom spotless., AC working well night market not far away but the best is the breakfast restaurant just right out of the hotel, 30 meters away. Don't miss the delicous buns and the omelette sandwich with crispy stick inside!

we like it for its location where food is easily available walking distance like the liuhe night market. staff were helpful and the only hotel tht gv me extra pillows whn requested on the app.

we find the shampoo n body liquid in sachets is an inconvenience. we find the room without windows is not to our liking (knowing we book it) whn we were told its on "rotation"

Excellent Hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is extremely soft and the AC is fully functional. The staff at the front desk offers exceptional customer service and they have a great attitude towards foreigners. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

There was only one problem with the room. The toilet was not working properly I think it was due to the big earthquake that happened the same day. I alerted the hotel staff and they did everything they could do to help immediately. They also provided compensation for the problem and made sure that I still had an enjoyable stay.

The room was nice and spacious.

The location was nearby to the night markets, however, not so near to Pier-2, the Love River, or the MRT if navigating on foot.

Could hear water rushing every time someone else in an adjacent room had a shower, or flushed the toilet, so was woken repeatedly through the night. In terms of sustainability, no need to throw out the slippers after a single night staying there and replacing them with new ones for the same client.

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights but you need to go out for meals

Big room, clean with the usual facilities, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, coffee, tea, creamer, etc. Bathroom was quite big too. They kept our luggage and some stuff in their fridge during the day after we checked out.

They had a dining area with tables and chairs, an open kitchen and free flow of coffee, tea and water, but they didn't serve any foods (no breakfast or other meals available to buy). I would have been nice being able to buy food or at least cook simple meals at their kitchen (which we were told it was not possible). There was a very nice kitchen with no use of it.

Good location, close to the tourist night market. Nice room.

The room was pretty small. You could hear almost everything from the corridor and upper room. In the morning we smell cigarettes in the bathroom.
